As one of the authors in this delightfully weird anthology, modesty forbids me from giving it a rating However, if my story were not included among its pages, I would give it an unequivocal five stars Although The Last Red Lantern is one of my best, it is by far not the best in this book maybe not even in the top ten That s how good I think this collection of speculative stories is From the first word of Frank Oreto s Introduction to the last line of Tom Marcinko s Speak American you will find every permutation and interpretation of the word appetite From the physical craving for sustenance whether that be food or something else to the need for personal fulfillment and identity, to the desire for gratification and companions...

I received this book for free through Voracious Readers Only.Triangulation Appetites is an amazing collection of short stories themed around Appetites in the widest sense of the word I loved the range of interpretations of the theme The stories range from horror to fantasy and science fiction, and the overall quality of the writing and editing is very high Short story collections are always a good opportunity to discover new authors and there s definitely some here I want to check out I love how this book gives a little information about the author at the end of each story. My personal favourite stories of this bundle were Last Contact by Melissa Mead, Mining Rough by Franc...
